Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a store credit. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Restrictions

Undergarments and digital purchases cannot be returned. Please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange defective or damaged products otherwise ineligible for return.

Please note a 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. All sales are final on discounted items, and they cannot be returned.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

• Shipping method: FedEx Two Days Shipment cost: $12.95 USD. Estimated delivery time: 2 business days

• Shipping method: FedEx Express Shipment cost: $19.95 USD. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cal West Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

Cal West Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
